Trustee
A trustee is responsible for carrying out the terms of a living, special needs, or testamentary trust. A professional trustee can be appointed to serve when there is no one available, or when family dynamics could complicate matters. A professional fiduciary is bound by law to carry out the wishes of the trust's creator in a professional and unbiased manner.

Guardian/Conservator
A Conservator is appointed by the court to make legal, financial, and health related decisions for an adult that is incapacitated. The Conservator is responsible for managing care, paying bills, and making the best and least restrictive choices for the Conservatee. Conservatorships are reviewed by the courts on a regular basis.

An Executor or Probate Administrator guides the estate through Probate Court following the terms stated in the will, or by direction of the Court if there is no will. The Probate Administrator secures and protects all assets, can pay obligations, and may sell or distribute real and personal property to the heirs and beneficiaries.

Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare
Power of Attorney for healthcare is granted in an Advance Health Care Directive. This power allows the agent to act on your behalf if you are incapacitated, and cannot make decisions yourself. The agent can speak with doctors, insurance companies, and other medical professionals to make sure you receive the best care possible and that your wishes and beliefs are followed. Having an agent in place before it's needed can assure that your wishes are followed when family members are not available.
An Agent Under Power of Attorney acts on behalf of the client in financial and legal matters. This power can be expansive or limited for specific purposes. Examples include protecting and managing banking and investment accounts, managing real property and business interests, and coordinating with CPA's, attorneys and other professionals when needed.

Durable Power of Attorney for Finance
A Professional Fiduciary can assist with organizing household bills, budgeting, and record keeping. The Fiduciary can monitor bank accounts, set up automated payments, manage cash flow, and review the clients overall financial position. We monitor all critical obligations such as income taxes, property taxes, HOA dues, and insurance premiums. We can coordinate with CPA's, financial advisors, attorneys, and other professional when needed.
